The law firm of Farrell, Fraulob & Brown traces its roots to the 1956 association of now retired partner, Edward J. Farrell, with Adon Panattoni, a Sacramento attorney whose practice dates from 1942. Managing partner Donald W. Fraulob joined the firm in 1970 and Melissa C. Brown came to the firm as a full partner in 1991. The firm has decades of legal experience within its attorney ranks, and includes California State Bar Workers' Compensation Specialists, and a published author of a nationally utilized treatise entitled "Advising the Elderly and Disabled Client."
